Hello, my name is David. I’m a seasoned judgment enforcement professional with over 15 years of experience in asset recovery and legal enforcement strategies. I began my career working with creditor rights attorneys and collection firms right out of college. Since then, I’ve handled every phase of the collections process—from pre-litigation and litigation to extensive post-judgment recovery. My work has taken me across multiple states, including NY, NJ, PA, FL, GA, and PR.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong focus on asset investigations and have spent a great deal of time training others in this complex field. I’m passionate about teaching and love making the learning process engaging and approachable—not overwhelming. Helping people understand judgment enforcement in a clear, fun, and supportive way is something I truly enjoy.

I currently live in South Florida with my wife and our two amazing kids. Family means everything to me, and I spend most of my free time with them. I have a love for cooking, exploring different cultures, and broadening my children’s horizons. I also strive to pass on my work ethic and dedication to service to the next generation.
